Storage

Where is my boat/jetski stored?

Your boat or jetski will be stored in Terra Nautica’s secure storage facility on Ctra Cabo La Nao Pla in Javea. The storage compound is fenced, with 24 hour monitoring on CCTV cameras that we are able to monitor from anywhere in the world.

How do you store my boat/jetski?

Your boat or jetski will be stored on the trailer that it arrives with within the storage compound with space on either side of the craft to allow for our mechanics to access your craft easily and remove with the craft easily.

What security do you have?

The fenced compound is monitored by CCTV cameras 24 hours a day with dusk to dawn lighting.

Do I need insurance for my boat or jetski while it’s stored with you?

To store your marine craft with Terra Nautica you will need to provide a valid certificate of insurance for your marine craft.

Maintenance

What do you do to ensure my boat/jetski runs well when I take it out?

When you book a launch we will start the vessel’s engine and check the levels of any relevant fluids and the battery. If we find that any topping up and/or replacement of fluids or battery is required we will contact you and provide you with a quote to get your vessel launch-ready.

Will I need to get fuel before I go out on the water?

We can arrange to fill your fuel tank prior to taking the vessel on the water. This service is by request only at the time of booking and payment for fuel will be payable at the time of launch.

What happens to my vessel when back in storage following a launch and retrieval?

Your boat/jetski will be washed down following a launch and retrieval, engines flushed through and when dry the covers are put back on.

Launch & Retrieve Service

How many times will you launch and retrieve my vessel in a year?

Your contract will cover unlimited launch and retrievals each year within the hours of 9am and 8pm for 363 days of the year. Terra Nautica will not launch and retrieve on 25 December or 6th January.

Can I take my vessel out onto the water outside of the stated hours?

Yes you can, at no extra cost, by prior arrangement with Terra Nautica.

How do I book a launch and retrieval of my vessel?

You should call the office directly on 965 756 568 and we will be able to book your launch and retrieval with our team. Terra Nautica requires at least 12 hours notice to book our launch and retrieve service. During the busy summer months we would suggest that you try and give at least 24 hours notice.
